Creativity thrives “At The Garden”, allowing all forms of life and art to bloom at their own pace, with roots passing water’s nourishment, connecting one another. An environment where there’s enough to go around. The towering trees part way to make space for light, where newly seeded forms can sprout. “At The Garden”, is a six-day multimedia Art Exhibition & Film Festival curated by award-winning filmmaker & imagemaker Nathan Abia Lawer-Yolar & renowned Seattle gallerist Avery Barnes.
At the Garden was made possible in part by a grant from 4Culture.org
Arrived Class of 2025 — At The Garden

"Being a part of this show was an incredible full circle moment for me. I started my journey as a photographer in Seattle, mobbing around the city, existing in the moment behind my film camera. ATG brought that same feeling back from 20 years ago, a stillness, a presence, a collective connection to existing in the moment. The Arrive Creative Collective feels like a long dinner table, nourishing, insightful, uplifting, joyful, and communal - the life of an artist can feel lonely at times, but having this collective is a reminder of the threads that connect us all and encourage us to keep building, creating, and striving in our paths. Thank you for existing and including us in the journey." - Lara Kaur
As a beginning artist, Arrived Creative Collective provided a space for community, collegiality and freedom to explore the questions we wrestle with and create art that comes from a deeply reflective place. The "At the Garden" show challenged me to be vulnerable and trust that my art would be valued and appreciated alongside other established artists. Thank you to the Arrived team for such a validating experience! -Felix Amenyo
I am grateful for a space like Arrived where we, as artists, can bring together seeds and clippings from our own gardens and revel with community in how rich we bloom together. -Elissa Gibson
